UPON ARRIVAL FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE PARK IN THE RED ZONES ON BELOW MAP AND COME INTO RECEPTION FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. DO NOT PULL DIRECTLY INTO THE CAR PARK! 1. Please arrive 15 minutes before the due time to avoid delay.(Please Note: If you arrive 15 minutes or later for your appointment you will lose your spot and have to re-pay for an inspection) 2. VL1 form will need to be completed by the presenter of the vehicle upon arrival. The VL1 form is supplied by our office. 3. Note inspection or Re- Inspection will take approximately 1.5 hours. 4. Please bring along all necessary paperwork, such as vehicle licence papers and proof of ownership. ie, current registration form and movement permit. 5. Ensure you follow the maximum lengths for this area. Failure to meet this may result in an on the spot fine from external governing authorities and is out of our control. NEW Unlicenced Trailers: • Weighbridge docket https://www.industry.gov.au/regulations-and-standards/find-a-public-weighbridge (Any vehicles over 10 Tonne Tare weight will require split weight weighbridge dockets) • VIN Plate Filled out and attached to trailer - If you require a VIN Number, Please contact Dep. Of Transport • Filled out Braking capacity form • Movement Permit Interstate Change over Trailers: • Weighbridge docket (Any vehicles over 10 Tonne Tare weight will require split weight weighbridge dockets) • Braking Capacity form Interstate Vehicles: • Old Registration form with engine and VIN # • Modification permits (if applicable). • All identification plates are visible • Weighbridge docket (Any vehicles over 10 Tonne Tare weight will require split weight weighbridge dockets) Unlicenced Vehicles: • Old Registration form with engine and VIN # • Modification permits (if applicable). • All identification plates are visible • Movement Permit (Printed and in vehicle) • Weighbridge docket (Any vehicles over 10 Tonne Tare weight will require split weight weighbridge dockets) Yellow Stickers: • Infringement notice. Pink/yellow paperwork from police Graders/ Loaders • Will require mains road approval prior to inspection Annual Tow Truck: • Safety equipment • Sign writing in tack and visible • Required tow truck certification paperwork • Weighbridge docket 6.
