Slims Tyre Service is an independent Bridgestone store which gives buying power to ensure we can get the best prices, but being an independent we can also supply other brands of tyres at great prices if requested.

 

Services Available for Perth Metro

By using Slims Tyre Service to manage your fleet you will be gaining industry knowledge and experience to help get maximum life out of the tyres and reduce overall costs including fuel. Options in our service include our experienced staff visiting WA sites to complete an inspection and evaluation on your current tyres and their application. During our visit we can better educate your staff on tyre management and what steps they can take to increase the life of a tyre. Our team also hold valuable tickets and licences such as MC, HR, Loader, Bobcat and other earth moving equipment to assist where required.

 

Call Out Rates

The following rates are work carried out with in Perth and are commonly used for break-downs and repairs on an as needs basis.   

Please note all prices used in this proposal are GST exclusive.

 

Monday to Saturday from 8:00am – 5:00pm

• 1 hours minimum on call outs

• $75 per hour for labour

• Labour rate includes all work carried out + material costs

 

Monday to Saturday from 5:01pm – 7:59am + Sunday and Public Holiday Rate

• 3 minimum hours call out

• $90 per hour for labour

• Labour rate includes all work carried out + material costs

 

STS is available to offer the following services to assis your company if required:

• SP Tools Dealership

• Passenger vehicle fleet management

• Mechanical repairs

• Tyre disposal

 

To assist and ensure the best service STS will offer end to end tyre management. When tyres are dropped off to site our staff we will inspect the used tyres and separate into three categories. Run-outs, re-tread and disposal. Run-outs will be tyres that are not suitable as re-treads but can be used on another position on the truck or trailer. Re-treads will be taken back to the Bandag warehouse in Perth, WA where they will be re-treaded to the desired pattern for a reduced cost of a brand new casing. Disposal tyres will be transported to our recycler in Perth.

Consignment Stock

STS is able to offer consignment stock at all sites to assist with stock availability and free up your business's monthly capital by not having to purchase stock in advance. Each site will be provided with a secure container for the stock to be stored. STS will send our experienced staff to each site on scheduled dates for the following services:

• Delivery of new stock

• Stock take

• Assistance

• Review of stock performance

• Removal of old tyres for either re-treading or disposal
